Becoming a volunteer isn't difficult, but it's a process.

We need to be sure we're providing a safe environment for our elders, so we have to be thorough. Please complete our introductory questionnaire. You will receive a confirmation email closer to the date of your orientation.

WGN covers Little Brothers' annual turkey carving.

To prepare for our three Thanksgiving Day parties, volunteers get together two days before Thanksgiving to carve the turkey we'll serve. This year, The Peninsula's Executive Chef joined a few longtime LBFE volunteers to discuss carving tips. Click here to read more and watch WGN's segment.
